She was born in Athens, Greece and raised in Saudi Arabia. She started studying Psychology in 2009 in Deree College and in 2015 she was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Therapy. Simultaneously, she worked in several fields, such as prisons and schools.
In 2017 she received her MSc degree in Psychology of Child Development from UClan University and since then she is working with children with learning, developmental and psychological difficulties.
Today, she specializes in Systemic Therapy and specifically in SANE (System Attachment Narrative Encephalon) which is enriched with the theory of attachment, narrative theories and recent findings in neurosciences.
